To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  

 

Please make sure that all tags, labels, and boxes are returned exactly as you received them. Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way cannot be returned.  

 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to digitaldwellingspassionspvtltd@gmail.com, digitaldwellingsauthorized@gmail.com.  

 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

If the item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, attach clear photos showing the issue. This will help us process your return more efficiently.  

 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.  

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item partially meets the return requirements, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.  

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it promptly.
